Doctor Brown discusses Bowel Cancer

New research has found that just 22% of Scots manage to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Now, as part of cancer prevention week (2012), the World Cancer Research Fund wants people to add at least one more peice of fruit to their diet to combat the disease. A healthier diet is thought to help against a range of illnesses, especially bowel cancer, which is the third most common form of the disease in Scotland after lung and breast cancer.
